Involvement International Journal of Business (IIJB) applies a transparent and measurable publication metric policy to support openness and accountability in scholarly publishing. Article-level statistics and journal-level metrics are collected and displayed to provide insights into readership and impact.

We use a combination of tools and analytics to track and report the following:

  • Abstract Views and Full-Text Downloads: Each article’s page displays the number of times it has been viewed and downloaded, which helps authors understand the visibility and reach of their work.

  • Visitor Analytics: The journal utilizes website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or integrated OJS statistics tools) to monitor traffic sources, user locations, devices used, and browsing behavior.

  • Citation Tracking: Citations are tracked through indexing databases such as Google Scholar, Scilit, and Dimensions to reflect the academic impact of published work.

All statistical data are regularly updated and made available to the editorial board for evaluation and journal development planning. Authors and readers may also access basic statistics directly from each article's detail page.

These statistical metrics do not influence editorial decisions and are used purely for evaluation, transparency, and service improvement purposes.
