Help: Journal of Community Service (HJCS) is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal committed to providing immediate and unrestricted access to all published scholarly content. HJCS believes that knowledge generated through community service, community engagement, empowerment, and multidisciplinary research should be widely accessible to researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, students, community organizations, and the general public.

Immediate and Free Access

All articles published by HJCS are made freely and immediately available online without subscription, registration, or payment for access.

Readers may access the full text of published articles through the journal's official website and may read, download, copy, share, and distribute the published materials in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license.

HJCS does not impose any paywall or subscription requirement for accessing its published scholarly content.

Creative Commons License

All articles published in HJCS are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) License.

Under this license, users are permitted to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially, subject to the license conditions.

Users must provide appropriate attribution to the original author(s), provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Any derivative work must be distributed under the same license terms.

Authors and users are expected to respect academic integrity and provide proper citation whenever published materials are reused or adapted.

Author Rights

Authors retain appropriate rights to their scholarly work while granting HJCS the necessary publishing rights to disseminate the article.

Authors may share and disseminate their published articles through appropriate academic and professional channels, including institutional repositories, personal academic websites, research networks, and other scholarly platforms, provided that the applicable licensing and attribution requirements are respected.

Article Processing Charge

HJCS supports equitable scholarly communication by maintaining an accessible publication model.

The current Article Processing Charge (APC) is:

• Authors outside Indonesia: FREE
• Authors based in Indonesia: IDR 300,000

The APC is a publication processing fee and does not constitute a subscription or access fee. Readers are not required to pay any fee to access published articles.
